G.D. BAGARIA SCHOOL OF NURSING is a Nursing institution established in Boro of Giridih Town. It is affiliated with Jharkhand Nurses Registration Council(JNRC), Ranchi to conduct G.N.M (General Nursing & Midwifery) course of 3 years duration. It has all the academic, infrastructure, teaching, Clinical & Hostel facilities according to the Norms of Indian Nursing Council(INC). It is a self Financed institution established by BAGARIA JAN KALYAN TRUST KOLKATA. It has been established to fulfill the dream of candidates who seek education in NURSING and can not go outside due to lack of resources. The institution aims at developing a new educational system based on the synthesis of traditional values, modern techniques with influence of latest technologies and modernity to ensure development of strong moral character, personality, candidature and a healthy mental attitude along with excellence in academic pursuits to make a bright career in the field of nursing & paramedical.
The trust is running a major & one of the oldest most hospital of Giridih Town in the name of G.D. BAGARIA SEWA SADAN at Boro, Giridih for last 27 years. This hospital is the parent hospital for G.D. BAGARIA SCHOOL OF NURSING. It is a 100 plus bed hospital equipped with all advanced medical facilities.
At present the school is running only G.N.M (General Nursing & Midwifery) course of 3 years duration under affiliation to Jharkhand Nursing Registration Council from the academic session 2 0 2 1 -2 2
